This was my first purchase of a Spanx product. I was a little bit leery of buying a one-size-fits most item but I tried it anyway. The fit is great, the look under my Pilates tights is very smooth. If you are not sure about your size, for reference I am 5 ft 8in tall, 135 lbs, wear a size 6-8 in most pants and dresses.Miranda M.
