I loved how quick and easy it was to get my money back on the return. It was instant as soon as I dropped it off at the PakNMail. I did have to had him Spanx :) but he said he was used to it. I also didn't have to print anything or find any mailing materials. Bonus!

Disappointed!

I really don't know what happened to the quality I was used to. These power Capri are not even close to the ones I had previously worn. I used one pair of my most recent purchase once and they are as I would have cut them with scissors. Thought it was a fluke and try a second pair and the same thing happened. Very disappointed I don't know what happened ...
