We want you to love your Spanx products! If you aren’t 100% happy with your purchase, you may return it within 60 days of purchase for a refund. This includes items that have been tried on and those with removed tags. Please see What is the Return Policy? Below for additional details.
If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final sale items within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund.
Your refund of the original purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $15 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total. Please expect your refund 3–5 business days after we receive the package. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded.

Please Note: We cannot accept a return (even within 60 days of purchase) in certain situations, including, but not limited to::
- Products returned without original tags attached
- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.
- Swimwear purchases that no longer have the hygienic liner attached and the reusable pouch not included with return.
- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.
- Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.
- Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.
- Items not purchased on Spanx.ca. (For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.)
The acceptance of a return is determined at the sole discretion of Spanx.
Returning and/or Exchanging multiple items
If returning multiple items from the same order, it is very important that every item being returned or exchanged is listed during the return process. This will ensure that the appropriate refund is received when your return is processed.
We recommend using one box and one return label for all returns from the same order. This way, only one return fee is applied even if multiple items from the same order are returned at once.
Returning multiple orders
When items from different orders need to be returned, it is very important to create separate returns for each order and ensure that each item is listed in the return process. If items from different orders are included in other packages or items are not accounted for in the return process, the correct refund might not be received. Please note that there will be one return fee applicable per returned order.
After your order has been delivered, you have up to 60 days of the order purchasing date to start your return. Please drop off your return within 28 days of the initiation date. If you are unable to send your return within the 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking Start a Return above and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.
Exchanges are not currently supported by our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.
Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment. Please expect 10–30 days from the time you send out your return to when your refund is processed and received. If you return multiple orders in one package, the remainder of the items will be refunded once your package has been received and fully checked in at our warehouse. For future returns, we recommend returning separate orders in separate packages with the corresponding pre-paid label to avoid a delay.

For the status of your return, we recommend referencing your return tracking number on your label.
You can expect your refund to be received within 3–5 business days after we receive the package. To reprint your label, please re-visit your return email and select "Print Shipping Label". If you are unable to find your email, you can cancel your existing return and resubmit a new one.
To do so, click Start a Return above and enter your order number and email. Click "Cancel this Return" in red at the top of the next screen. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will receive a new return email with the new label as well.
