This are the most comfortable pants I own. I try not to wear to work everyday. I am 5ft 8inches and they hit the ground perfectly on me, I could even wear flats with them. For the waist I am usually a 28/29, I got a medium and it is a little big on me but not dramatically, and very comfortable.
