These briefs are perfect for me, a 60+ retired gal who needs light to medium support to wear with my new casual wardrobe. The brief gives me support but is not too constricting. I love the soft supima cotton material. A great and comfortable brief that runs true to size. I prefer sizing up a size because I prefer a more relaxed fit.
