easy piece to throw on for a polished work look!

I got a small and it fits great, though you could probably size down if you want it more fitted. I'd stick true to size for comfort. This vest is perfect for layering at work and the fabric is super breathable, plus it works as a great transition piece for any season since you could easily layer it with a turtleneck for winter.
