Pants wide leg

The pants are a little confusing to me on size as I can do both yet I’ve been ordering the petite so they wouldn’t drag on the ground. I am 5’2” yet I do have a bit of a longer leg. The petite fit me better as they don’t touch the ground, and I could still wear them with platform, sandals or running sneakers. I also do get the extra small regular because they’re a little shorter than the small yet a little tighter fitting but still work yet. I do need some sort of higher sneaker or heal so they don’t drag on the ground. I don’t do the look of dragging on the ground. I am 140 pounds and 57.
