Perfect, finally

The style of this is perfect for me, and I was thrilled to find it. I first ordered large to fit my waist, but it looked frumpy, so I exchanged for a medium, which looks perfect although the elastic is stretched quite a bit. My only complaint is the slowness of the service. The order took a long time, and the return and exchange even longer. Because of that I probably won’t order again. Why not allow customer to order second item before return is processed then give refund on second like other places do?
