START AN ONLINE RETURN

Click “Start Return” and follow the on-screen instructions. Please have your order number on hand and all items in their original, tagged condition. Return shipping is a flat fee of CA$15.

PACKAGE ITEM(S)

Print your return label and place your printed label on the package. Include a copy of the original packing slip in the box so that we can easily locate your order.

Drop off your package at your nearest Canada Post location.

To ensure you receive a timely refund, package each order with their corresponding labels.

GET A REFUND CONFIRMATION

We carefully inspect all items once your return is received. You can expect your refund within 5–7 business days following the receipt of your return.​

If you are not happy with any of our products for any reason, we will gladly accept your non-final sale items in their original, tagged condition, within 60 days of your purchase date for a refund.​


Your refund of the purchase price will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $15 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total. You can expect your refund in 5–7 business days after your package is received and inspected at our warehouse. The original shipping and handling will not be refunded. 

 

All items are inspected upon return. If an item returned to us does not meet all of the below requirements, you will not receive a refund: 

- Products returned without original tags attached.

- Products showing excessive wear and tear, or at the end of their intended lifespan.

- Swimwear purchases that no longer have the hygienic liner attached and the reusable pouch not included with return.

- Items damaged by misuse, alterations, improper care, or accidents.

- Items listed as final sale at the time of purchase.

- Instances of abuse of the Spanx Return Policy.  

- Items not purchased on Spanx.ca. (For purchases made through a retail store, please return to the original place of purchase.) 

Returning and/or Exchanging multiple items

If returning multiple items from the same order, it is very important that every item being returned or exchanged is listed during the return process. This will ensure that the appropriate refund is received when your return is processed.  

 

Returning multiple orders  

When items from different orders need to be returned, it is very important to create separate returns for each order and ensure that each item is listed in the return process. If items from different orders are included in other packages or items are not accounted for in the return process, the correct refund might not be received. Please note that there will be one return fee applicable per returned order. 

After your order has been delivered, you have up to 60 days of the order purchasing date to start your return. Please drop off your return within 28 days of the initiation date. If you are unable to send your return within the 28 days after your label was created, no worries! You can get a new return label by clicking Start a Return and entering your order number and email again. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will also receive a new return email.

Exchanges are not currently supported by our online returns process. If you would like to exchange your current item for a different item, please follow the return process for the item you would like to return, and then create a new order for the item you would like in exchange.

Unless you chose to exchange your item, your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment with a $15 return shipping fee deducted from the refund total. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at the warehouse for your refund to be processed. If you return multiple orders in one package, the remainder of the items will be refunded once your package has been received and inspected at our warehouse. We recommend returning separate orders in separate packages with the corresponding pre-paid label(s) to avoid a delay.

We recommend referencing the return tracking number on your label to check the status of your return. Your refund will be issued in the same form as the original payment, with a $15 return shipping fee deducted from the total. Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return at the warehouse for your refund to be processed.​

To reprint your label, please revisit your return email and select "Print Shipping Label."  

 

If you are unable to find your email, you can generate a new return label by first canceling your existing return label. To do so, click Start Return  and enter your order number and email. Click "Cancel this Return" in red at the top of the next screen. Proceed to resubmit your return. This will take you to a screen to print your new label. You will receive a new return email with the new label as well.
