I have worn other Spanx items but this was a first and I was surprised. I it was true to size and very smoothing. I would say it's medium compression so if your looking to be snatched it is not quite the item. It's perfect for daily wear.

SPANXsculpt Seamless Power Tank is so very well made and designed. It helps me with my waist, tummy , sides and back (my issues areas) tight and looking good. Material is opaque so no see through and very breathable as even with the humidity and heat of south Alabama I forget I am even wearing it.
