This shirt is made tightly to fit. It is snug and a good fabric and not at all see-through. I am thrilled to wear this tank. Very figure flattering.Dana C.

I have worn other Spanx items but this was a first and I was surprised. I it was true to size and very smoothing. I would say it's medium compression so if your looking to be snatched it is not quite the item. It's perfect for daily wear.Kathleen C.
