Fits true to size. I paired this with my Spanx Ponte Blazer and looked very professional at my latest trade show. Love the high neckline and it's not as short as it looks in the picture, but there is at least 2" of hem that could be taken down if needed. This is, by far, the most flattering dress SPANX ever made! The fabric and cut of the dress is very flattering and the length is just right. I’m 5’4” and it hit just above my knee. It run slightly on the larger size, yet still very flattering.
