Wanted this to work, but the neck was so high it felt like a defect. I had to pull it away all the time and when I moved at all it hiked back up making it very annoying. Pleat in back should have worked to offer a flattering but more room in the bodice but it did the opposite. The sides of the shirt somehow didn't sit correctly (on me) and did not fall straight but had a funny 'pop' at the sides (and I have no curves).
