I bought all 3 colors. I first bought this black shirt in an XL, but ordered red and white in 1X, my preferred looser style for tops to lay loosely over my tummy. I’m a size 12-14, but usually don’t trust buying a Large. I can wear them every day, alone, or underneath a second layer. I don’t even feel it. I wore it when out running and its smoothness made sure there was no friction between arms and torso.
